Bland, boring, brutal read. Plot? There is none. World building? Consider it post war in hunger games because there’s zero world to see or build. Romance? I’ve read more romance in YA genre that was better than this. Smut ? I’ve never gotten secondhand embarrassment from smut in a book until this book. I could go on but you get the gist. One of THE most overhyped books on tiktok. I need a therapy session to fully dissect how bad this was.

4.5 stars! Holy crap I loved this book. Ali Hazelwood just has a hold on me. I don’t typically got for the vampire and the werewolf theme but this book had me from the get go.

Such an easy read, but I loved it!
She fell, he fell harder... not really a slow burn in sight, but the *wanting* 🥵

Unexpectedly happy I waited this long to pick it up, happy with the easy read and that #2 is said to be out next month!!!
