Did not enjoy this, somehow managed to get through thinking with all the hype and good reviews it would win me over. Writing style is just not for me, somehow feels juvenile and then throws in needless larger words which feel out of place. Also, I didn't feel much connection between the characters, wished there was more relationship building rather than just introductions then strong bonds. Not a book for me.

took about 150 pages before i started kicking my feet and giggling, the beginning was a little slow and would feel no romantic tension if it weren’t for his blurbs at the beginnings of the chapters. also the knot thing was gross as FUCK. but maybe i only enjoy romances if they’re paranormal. gonna reread midnight sun now!
