Really loved this! Misery was a great FMC - witty and funny, but faulted in relatable ways. Hazelwood was great at foreshadowing; I clocked a couple of things early on,
like Serena disappearing for days at a time during possible full moons and Mick being shady
, but in ways that still built up to big reveals.
funny lighthearted fast-paced

You know what, I really respect that Ali Hazelwood gave her publishers 3 very cute, very similar romcoms about tiny quirky women in STEM and their very very tall boyfriends, and then for her fourth adult book went with werewolves and vampires mating.

And yes, I did stay up until 1:30 in the morning finishing this book. I can’t say I would recommend the book, but I did find myself unable to put it down.

I loved this, despite the differences they both had such good chemistry. I can’t believe Mick betrayed them. I liked Ana’d and Misery’s relationship it was cute. Also not suprised her dad was the bad guy, who names their daughter Misery. I’m excited for Mate after reading the epilogue
