I think I saw some actor on TikTok reading this and thought well, they were having fun with it, I wanna have fun. So I picked this up and inhaled this book. I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I thought I would but I've always been a sucker for werewolves.
It can be basic and still enjoyed, not sure if I would continue past a second book though

I really enjoyed the FMC’s internal monologue but the romance/spicy scenes and plot were lacking for me. Still an enjoyable read but not left feeling fulfilled.

I loved this book. Since this is fantasy, it takes a bit of world-building to get into and the first few chapters are a little difficult to navigate as the flashbacks/present notation isn't always clear. That said, once I was in, I was IN. Slow burn, more gentle enemies to lovers (raised to think the other was wrong but willing to form own opinions and make changes), I truly enjoyed Misery's humor and the banter between the characters because of it. She's a relatable character despite being a vampyre and I loved the little chapter headings that gave the reader a glimpse into Lowe's head as well.

POR FAVOR que bien escrito que esta esto, la manera en la que podes sentir la añoranza de Lowe sin siquiera estar en su pov.

I had seen a lot of mixed reviews so I put off reading this one. So so good! The plot was good, the tension was good, a couple plot twists.. definitely a fun read.
