This was okay but I didn't love this one it felt rather long for what went on in the book the ending felt rather rushed and didn't feel well rounded off. It felt like it took forever for the two characters to become an item around 300 pages or so of the book then all of a sudden Charlie leaves for the new job doesn't saying anything to William he magically flys out to meet her and everything is solved. There is no grown up talk with her family or an ending with them would be satisfying to the reader to actually read. You read how terrible they treat her and she all of a sudden blows up at her dad and sister right at the end and then there is no apology or anything to the treatment. It feels like the start is slow and then the end picks up majorly

Charlie was honestly annoying me. She kept running away from her problems and thought she was ready for a relationship which I disagree. She wanted a relationship so bad but hasn’t she heard of the saying “good things come for those who wait” or something like that?
William I don’t really have anything to say bc we barely know about him other than he’s Charlie’s crush and he’s divorced. He’s just boring for me tbh.
F**k Charlie’s father and the company she works for. I hope Charlie has the courage to cut her family off and leave that toxic environment.

En general sí que me gustó, me encanta cuándo hay tensión entre los personajes y por esa parte todo súper bien, arranca medio lento pero de ahí todo lo que sucede es entretenido y funciona para ver cómo se desenvuelve la dinámica de Charlie y William.

- the 3rd act conflict/ breakup up was ugh
