Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone is written from the perspective of Ernest Cunningham. His family are non-traditional at best and as his brother is approaching his release from jail their family decides (or is forced) to have a family reunion at a ski resort.
This book was such a breath of fresh air, despite it being a pretty insane thriller story. Because Ernest Cunningham is an author he is writing this book and almost speaking directly to the readers. I found it really fun to read and absolutely devoured it.
This story has many twists and turns although some could say there’s spoilers as you are told the page numbers where each death occurs before the book has even begun. But I’ll be honest as soon as you start reading you forget all about that and get so enthralled that each death is a surprise.
I rated Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone 4/5 stars and read it in 3 days. I’m keen to start the next one!

Very engaging and funny. I really enjoyed the narrator voice and. Reading the 4th wall by addressing the reader. There were some parts that felt like they dragged on a bit.
