I enjoyed this romance! I liked the characters, and there was some actual romance before the smut kicked in, which is exactly what I'm looking for in a book. I much preferred this pace and tone to the ones set in Court of the Vampire Queen, and would read other books in this series.

Imagine you're in a horrible situation and would do anything to get out of it, you're so desperate that you decide to bargain with a demon no matter the cost. But of course, in return you must give up seven years of your life to be a dragons bride.

This was so much fun! I loved the characters, the dynamics, I LOVED the importance of consent and seduction despite the circumstances. Monster romance is new to me and I must admit that I am a fan! lol.

I don't have a lot to say, it was a fun time for sure with adults that eventually learn to communicate and deal with their trauma in a spicy setting. Reminds me a lot of IPB

This was a fun, smutty quick read. I wasn't actually expecting the the book to be so short so that did surprise me a little. Overall I did really enjoy the book. It was an alright start to the series. I loved Sol he was absolutely adorable and I look forward to reading the rest of the monsters stories.
