Decent story but lacked a lot of the substance I wished it had. I feel like the book could have been much longer delving into Sol’s world building which I found interesting.
The climax was almost like a little hill and brief as hell. I expect some of the missing scenes will be told from another character’s perspective later in the series. I had to go back and reread the climax because it felt like I missed a huge chunk of what Briar was referencing.
Sol was sweet, but I feel he was lacking more personality. I wished we saw more of his world and affairs. More interactions with other dragons.
This was a quick read and the spice was decent. It did make me wonder if he has 2 peens do the ladies have 2 vaginas?
Overall worth the read. I wouldn’t read it again, but I would recommend others try it out.
