The first 3/4 of this book were sluggish and boring. The story picked up some towards the end. But it felt dragged out.

This was my favorite of the Fifty Shades trilogy. I liked how the dynamic of Ana's and Christian's relationship changed once they were married, it was as if she finally felt safe to BE HERSELF! She stuck up for herself and her wants and needs, which was nice to see.

This book actually left me wanting more. I'd like to read more about Christian as a little boy, even pre-Grace/Carrick. I think that would be interesting.
