As with all of the twisted series, it's definitely a diamond. Seeing how Jules & Josh's relationship grew was so sweet. Very cliche and maybe even predictable in parts, but this did not detract from the lighthearted enjoyment factor. Looking forward to the final installment, Twisted Lies

I loveee this book. Its an above basic kinda enemies to lovers. I love the FMC, she's so badass and we love that. Although I wish more of MMC trauma was shone though. We basically overlooked it. But they're so cuteee together I love them so much. They are the playful couple witch is really adorable. Must Read.

Josh Chen needs to be made into a real life man (apart from one scene in the book where he was an utter arse).

I've been looking forward to Josh and Jules since book one, and Ana did NOT disappoint! From the sex scenes to the beautiful moments of friendship and love, this book catapulted Josh straight onto the Best Book Boyfriends list before I was even a quarter of the way through. Swoonworthy and hot all in one.

Once again, loved the twists and turns and also the cameos from other series (I won't spoil it).

Off I go to Twisted Lies - which I also CANNOT WAIT for given the hints in this book.

Genre: Spicy romance
My summary: Jules Ambrose has always hated Josh Chen, the brother of her best friend Ava, ever since her and Ava were first year college roommates. Jules is finishing up law school and Josh is in his third year of residency and the feeling is still mutual, until a series of encounters between Josh and Jules has them realizing the line between hate and love is very thin.
My thoughts:
Audiobook review (2/2/24): I have already read this book and this is the audiobook version. This is my favorite book of Ana Huang’s Twisted series. I was eager to listen to the audiobook version specifically for a couple of the, well, *ahem* spicy scenes, and, well, those did not disappoint. I enjoyed listening to it and it got me through some really busy days at work without me losing my sanity.
OG book review (10/23/23): Wowza. Each book in this series keeps getting better and better. The enemies-to-lovers trope might just be my new favorite after this book! Jules is strong and smart and her past makes you really admire what she's overcome. Josh's arrogance and thrill-seeking hobbies are at odds with his fierce overprotectiveness of his sister, in an endearing way. I loved the feisty banter throughout and the carryover of it into the steamy scenes. This was the perfect escape from real life for a couple of days!
