Did not enjoy the way the characters were written, the narration and the general plot. It wasn't interesting me enough to want to read.
It was funny, but the narrator, Robin the hobgoblin, was the best character.

I always love an Alexis Hall book! The writing style flows really well and I find myself constantly laughing out loud. The four stars is because I felt uncomfortable with the animal sacrifices. It’s in line with the story and it is included in the content warnings, but I still struggled with it.
