Better than the first one, maybe I will continue onto the third. I like these novellas, but am faraway from joining the hype.

Great sequel. Expanded on all the previous book in all the right ways. New character created a great dynamic hope we get more of them.

I liked the first book. This was so boring to me. I couldn’t tell you what happened because I was zoning out the whole time.

I’m glad I gave Murderbot another try. ART is a great foil to melodramatic Murderbot and there was banter between them that made me laugh, namely the reason for the novella’s title, “Artificial Condition”. Like the first novella, this is sci-fi light on world building and plot but still entertaining. It’s perfect to listen to while doing chores. The audiobook narrator, Kevin R. Free, is also phenomenal and really lands the delivery of the lines between bots and humans.
