Book of naughty behaviors - don’t want to give my girls any ideas. Bean is definitely no role model.

This is a fantastic kids series. Great for reading with my 6 year old. Funny and cool characters. The author does have Bean as a bit bad but makes up for it in great dialog and kids identify with a mix of the 2 characters.

This seems like a solid read for young girls. Enjoyable.

Opposites attract friendship between neighboring girls. Funny but a bit mean.

My daughter (1st grade) really enjoyed this series; she thought it was funny and liked the portrayal of friendship and the girls' hijinks. Definitely a great series for the beginning chapter book crowd.

I love these girls! This is fun and light fiction for mid-upper elementary kids. Both of the characters are interesting and realistic - great for third grade girls.

Ivy and Bean become friends and antics ensue. Quick, easy, fun read. I got through this entire story during an abbreviated 25 minute lunch break!

My daughter loved this book! She wants to read the rest of the series now. It was a great intro to chapter books.
