Serverly underrated! At first I wasn't sure about this book but the last half got me. I loved God of Malice and this one did not disappoint. On to wrath and I can't wait!

I'm definetly a Creighton girlie!!
~ after reading killians book who is a rapist btw i was very hesitant to read any other rk book!! thats why i tried one or the books from her first series and realised it wasnt that bad and enjoyed it !!! Because of god of malice and Killian being a fucking rapist i was unsure about what id think of god of pain . But it seems like RK REALISED THAT MAKING THE MMcs whole personality be a rapist who threatens to rape the fmc was not a good idea!!!! ~ AND DECIDED TO DO DUB CON INSTEAD ~ i mean and have the fmc actually enjoy whas happening ( e.g the pain that creighton likes to cause. i was very happy to see both aftercare and safewords be a thing in this book. she never uses her safeword as far as i know but i was very happy that she had one just in case CREIGHTON GOES TO FAR/ she suddenly feels uncomfortable!!

i did not expect to like creighton but i do

ik that ANNIKA IS HATED HEAVILY BUT I ACTUALLY REALLY LIKED HER . i felt bad for her ngl!!! ~ like her family her over protective and controllinh brother . her being a mafia princess!!!

i likes that creighton hated her cooking but ynlieher family/ friends he decided to eat it because he knew she made it out of love/ care !!!! ~ he instead lies and then when she says she wants to cook he makes up excuses . yes lying is horrible but i liked that he didnt wanna hurt her feelings

her being submissive and him being dominant

anything that happened in the 3rd act made no sense to me but i did enjoy this book alot.

ANOTHER FIVE STAR BOOK. THESE BOOKS GET BETTER AND BETTER MY LORD. I thoroughly enjoyed how much on the dark side this book was compared to Killian and Glydon's book. The first book is dark, but the climax of this book is insane. I almost cried when the third act breakup hit because of how the families got involved. So many close calls to death occurred and I was holding my breath the entire time.

Craighton is unhinged and that's how I love my MMCs.

Well, if you want a hot book that will make you want to cry, this one's for you.

It was so close to being 4 stars, but I just couldn't get over some things that have happened.

I looooove all the cameos of previous characters. And if I didn't know better, I'd say I actually like Adrian Volkov. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I don’t get a book about Gareth but I had to read this bullshit? Nobody should’ve forgiven Annika. Fucking traitors.

Truthfully, this was a mess and I’m glad it’s over
