I really liked the development of the characters, especially their seasonal descriptions and personality. I'm really happy to see more of the Autumn Kingdom and see more about Farron! He is honestly such a sweetheart, but I want more about the Prince of Thorns. I know there is a secret that Kel doesn't want the FMC, Rose, to know but the foreshadowing is hinting at a deal and relationship. I wanted to continue reading the series but needed a little bit of a break because the pacing was starting to drag a little bit. The first book was really great, but book 2 made me lose a bit of my interest (I am a mood reader so this could be it). However, I do hope to continue. the series and discover the intricate details of every character.

Continued with this series after rating the first book a 3 star, because it's a "why choose?" reverse harem that has flashes of yumminess.
But it's a super slow burn, and the MFC is a ditz, and she's kinda boring.

This series is great. You find yourself rallying behind the FMC in hoping she can finally get some from one of the five men who don’t have basic communication skills. The series becomes a little predictable at times and that’s fine because the amazing battle and romance scenes. I found myself screaming at the characters in the book almost every other chapter.
This was honestly pretty good!! Definitely unnecessarily long and a bit repetitive, but I’m liking the story and the characters a lot. I need more Ez and Day!!!! 4/5
