Also choosing to dnf this book. It was really good but I'm just not in the place to be able to finish it right now. Going to start some lighter reads and then get to this one again!

This was a really well written book. I also really enjoyed the audiobook narration. The plot was really engaging and kept me wondering what would happen next. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to further understand indigenous culture.

YA that does not shy away from harshness but is still incredibly readable

Interesting concept with poor character development, lack of plot, and too tidy an ending that wrapped up way too quickly.

THAT ENDING

high 3.5
