This was incredibly readable and such a great look into the treatment of women in the 1800's and how that's still reflected in today's society. The author was ahead of her time in her candid look at the affects of mysogyny and medical gaslighting.

oh my god this is the absolute best book i've read in ages, which is especially saying something because i don't typically wnjoy short stories as much as novels, but this one was absolutely amazing and literally everyone should read this at least once in their lifetime.
