Larry Hama and Marc Silvestri make such a great team-up here. Wolverine is so cool and theres tons of building threads here that really work for me. Unfortunately I think culminations of those threads are a bit too obtuse to fully follow up on those great threads. I will eventually keep reading the Hama run though. This would have a higher rating if it wasnt for the bits that aren't the Larry Hama run in here, which are often significantly worse or just less interesting. I REALLY liked the Peter David story Wolverine: Rahne of Terra though. Great spin on her Rahne dream issue from the Claremont/Sienkiwicz New Mutants run.
