bleonard's review against another edition
3.0
The two stand-alones don't really tell us any new information, but the art is fun. The main story actually solves a bunch of my complaints about volume 7, pivoting the story into new directions while resolving other plots. Lincoln Red Crow is the stand out character here - he's the reason I keep reading this series, and this is a great volume for his character. Points deducted for having one entire issue rely on the "Nice Guy/Friend Zone/I Think Of You Like A Brother" punchline.
