I didn't like this book as much as the first one, but it was still a very enjoyable read. I love that the characters don't make the usual & predictable choices, it makes me like them even more even though I am yelling at them

This was better than the first book! The extra POVs, the new mysteries, THE BUDDING ROMANCES, possible redemption ARCs, betrayal of the most diabolical kind... WHATTTT?!

I really loved Zodiac Academy but this series is so much better. So action packed, the FMCs are all amazing (even our third female POV character we got is awesome), and the romances are slow burning in the best way! I am just absolutely obsessed with these characters and the world they live in. The best part might be that we, those of us who have read other books on Solaria, know that what the characters know isn’t true. That they all can learn healing magic. That the elements are most powerful together. I’m so excited for our characters to find these truths out and hopefully save all of the elements from the endless war.
I can’t say much more without spoilers but I’ll just say that I am obsessed. I read this book in 3 days and I am dying for February so we have book 3 in our hands. This series is everything to me!!!
Finally giving up my thirst for the prince because the dragon is THE love interest for Vesper. I am obsessed with them. The betrayal at the end DEVASTATED me. I cried!!
Kaiser. He might be my favorite MMC the sisters have ever written. And I cannot wait to see how different he is now that he has his emotions switched on. I’m a freak so I was sad about the soul bond ending but he’s still obsessed with her so that works for me.

Probably the best book I’ve read from the twisted sisters. Complex relationships, a mysterious antagonist (along with a lot of known lesser antagonists), tragedy, comedy, much more action than the first book, and I have no idea what’s going to happen next in this series. They’ve kept to their predictable emotional rollercoaster of storyline and while I have *hopes* for who will get a HEA, I’m thinking there will be a lot more heartache before then. Everest and Vesper are top tier fmcs - love them!! Dragor, Kaiser, Bastian, and Harlon… so many interesting mmcs to debate over - looking forward to see where this goes!
