i would’ve liked more gore but i really love alaina’s writing and the way she puts educational elements in wren’s chapters. and i LOVED how she portrayed jeremy. and the PLOT TWIST alaina just know you are a genius and when my B&N has the butcher game i will be ON IT!!

I really enjoyed this book! I tried to separate the Morbid podcast with the book but it was difficult not to picture Wren as Alaina, lol. I’m so glad the ending left room for a second book! I only took a star away because some of the past flashbacks confused me and I didn’t know it was a flashback until a few chapters later so it messed up my timeline in my head.

I absolutely loved this book! It kept me guessing until the very end. Without giving anything away, I certainly hope there is a sequel being written for it!

This was definitely a page turner that kept me hooked and made it nearly impossible to put the book down.
