This book gives "Lies my teacher told me" vibes and I love it. It was as informative as it was infuriating. Well worth the time to read.

It’s great to hear from a physician who promotes truth and humility, professional responsibility, and fact before opinion. 5 ⭐️ for the premise.

The chapter anecdotes bring to light how medical professionals sometimes forget that they are ‘practicing’ medicine. 5 ⭐️ again for content.

What I question, however, is how he can possibly consider a position in the Trump administration, which has been and will continue to be the antithesis of all that he purports. Such a lack of judgement leads one to question the veracity of his words. 0 ⭐️ for our new FDA director in the administration that is bludgeoning the science committee back to the Stone Age.
