A largely satisfying ending to the series. Futaba and Toma’s compliment fight was so funny and cute. And I would still be here for a polyamory situation!! Damn compulsory monogamyyy. I also wish we got to see more of the development of Taichi & Toma’s romantic relationship. The first person perspectives of the last chapter were interesting, though I wanted to see a drawing of them happy together as adults. The afterword also helped clarify that the focus of the story was never supposed to be the romance, so I wasn’t as upset about not getting to see it.
Moderate: Homophobia and Blood
Minor: Body horror and Alcohol
