I really enjoyed this book! As always, Stephen King's writing is compelling and insightful. The characters, as well as the relationships between the characters are brilliantly written. I enjoyed the testimony format, and King does very well with a female POV. I found the ending/epilogue to be a little lack-luster, but I find that is often the case with slice-of-life novels.

For audiobook listeners, the narrator was absolutely perfect. I recommend this particular audiobook over reading the printed copy.

Exceeded my expectations completely. I didn’t know what to really expect, but being my favorite author, I knew it would at least be good. This was a rollercoaster of emotion. A lot of tough subject matter, as to be expected from King. The whole story really comes together and is so hard to put down. About as close to five stars as you can come. 9/10

It was really interesting to hear it narrated from the main characters point of view almost like she was conversing with herself but you also understand everything going on. Personally, i really enjoyed it. It really takes off after the first 30 or so pages and after that I couldn’t put it down. I cant say much without spoiling but i would definitely recommend it for murder mystery fans or anyone who just wants to read something different.

3 stars!
I quite enjoyed this one! I loved how the story was written, the way that Dolores told the story to the police. I loved how the more you read the more you started to feel something for Dolores. I loved how King showed some light over how some relationships can be. I loved how we went from the past to now! This book is in one monologue which means no chapter breaks! just straight forward! This gives the feeling that you are sitting and listening to Dolores telling her story! (:

This is also the first book that I read in one sitting without an audiobook (:
