Adorable :((

This warmed my heart I cannot express how happy it makes me to see nonbinary content exist for kids

I picked it up when I read a Georgia teacher was fired for having her gifted students in 5th grade read it and discuss. The only feelings I got from the book involved freedom to be who you are and to show your true colors regardless of where you fall on the spectrum. The illustrations are amazing and super cute. The books reads as a rhyming poem and would be best read aloud after an initial reading.

Absolutely beautiful book about gender non-conforming and non binary identity. My toddler son adores it and it's a book both my partner and I wished existed when we were children.

The author showed and read it on TikTok.

This book was just banned in a nearby county, so although I don't normally review the children's books I read, it needs to be said that this book is a fantastic representation not only of gender as a spectrum but of the many gender stereotypes we need to disregard if we want to start seeing people for who they are. I loved this book, and this is a title that needs to be readily available for those who need it. Long story short: Banning books is dumb and this is a prime example of why.
