Loved this, it was neat to see Azsote’s development since book 1 because he definitely came off as not very bright in the beginning.

Love that our FMC (who is older! none of this trite fresh face naive 20 year old FMC stuff here) is very adamant about her boundaries from the start, but also lets herself be selfish.

Good spice to plot ratio, too.

Only downside is that sweet patient baby angel Krellix is not the immediate next book, but rather, the book after.

The males of this series have been getting progressively better. The female bunch, not so much. Laura is supposed to be some kind of medical professional (not quite clear exactly what she is), but she's not too bright. At least she has more common sense than the others, but not much.

I really loved this one. Seeing a mature heroine was so wonderful! And getting a sense of the world at large here was exciting. This may be my favourite addition to this series, and I am stoked to read about Syasku and Vivian next. We were introduced to a ton of new Naga in this book, and I'm intrigued to see who all will get their own books in the future.

This one didn't do it for me

I really wanted to like this book but it just didn't hit like the other 4 have. After waiting so long for it to be released it was kind. Of anti climactic. I wasn't the biggest fan of the story line. I feel like the storyline probably could have been better and the pairing, I didn't hate it. I felt like the story plot was very repetitive, I'm still looking forward to book six and I can't wait to see what julia story is.

4 stars. I love the Naga Brides series but the repetitive nature of the FMC’s is beginning to get on my nerves. It’s the same woman in every book:

1. Desperate to go home
2. Naive as hell
3. Believes she knows best
4. Upset that the men do not understand human customs (ie: mating contracts versus having sex for pleasure)

I want to read a book with a FMC who is THRILLED to be with a Naga man! I don’t care much of the women who spent 97% of the book trying to get back to space, only to realize that everything they wanted could be found on earth. Give me a girl who’s obsessed with the naga, so much so that’s he’s like “wtf did I do to deserve such a female”

By far, this is my favourite book out of the Naga Series. Azsote is definitely the best boy... Or should I say the best naga
