The art of the film is beautiful, but I would have like to see a few more "in-between" concepts - between the rough sketches and nearly finished product, that is. I think the best I've seen so far along those lines is http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/849475.The_Art_of_Ratatouille but all in all, this is still worth a look.
