Harloe Rae has done it again with this book. Not going to lie I was unable to put it down. It defiantly keeps you on your toes and wondering about what is going to happen next. If you are looking for a page-turner that is set in a small town then this is for you. You will fall in love with the characters and the dynamics that they have with each other. I honestly hope we see more books based out of Bampton Valley coming up!

Leave Him Loved is a sweet slow burn romance. I always enjoy Harloe’s writing and this book did not disappoint. A city girl meets a country boy and they quickly become the talk of the town. Audria is a city girl who has moved to the middle of no where to a small town far away from her family and friends. After meeting Reeve, they become fast friends. Their attraction to one another is instant. I love these characters and their banter will have you laughing. I hope to see more of these characters and their charming small town that you can’t help but fall in love with.

Oh reeve stole my heart. I felt so much for these charaters, they were so real like and I want more!

medium-paced
This is such a great small-town friends-to-lovers story. Reeve is so swoony! Oh my, his and Audria's chemistry is off the charts! And don't get me started with their witty and hilarious banter and back and forth. They will have you laughing and swooning throughout the book!
Oh wow! This is my first Harloe Rae book and certainly won't be my last! After college graduation, Audria Griffin found herself moving from Minneapolis to Bampton Valley, Iowa for a teaching job. Hello, country life! Where everyone knows your business, sometimes before you do. When she literally hit Reeve Colton, the instant attraction was there and the gossipy townspeople had their tongues wagging. For reasons all their own, Reeve and Audria friendzone each other. ACK! Not only are the townspeople trying to rumor them together, his niece Gabby, who is also Audria's student, is ship-ing them and is a little more forward than anyone else trying to get them together.
City slicker meets country farmer. Their denial of anything more than friendship was a bit on the comedic side but also a bit on the sad side. She was so adamant that after her one year was up, she was moving back home. When they both realized what they were willing to give up for more than a friends with benefits arrangement but didn't have the courage to just say it out loud, I wanted to cry. Well, maybe not ugly cry, but cry out in frustration that two seemingly intelligent, very unattached individuals just couldn't communicate what they wanted to the other. But in the end, Audria and Reeve get their HEA so it all turned out well.

I will say that the start of it felt a bit slow to me, but once Reeve and Audria collide, the world aligns and you’re sucked into their story. You can’t put it down because each and every delicious page turn has you wanting the story to never end.
Harloe builds a world that captivates.
Five stars for this wonderful small town read that will have you wishing for a Reeve of your own to come home to.
