Significantly easier to follow than Colour of Magic though I still felt fairly lost at several points during the story. Mike is quick to defend Terry Pratchett by saying that TP was still learning how to write a book at this time, and it shows--but I don't think I've ever been as confused with any other debut author's works. Still, I enjoyed the humor and satire found within, and look forward to (eventually) reading more of the series (at a later date). I think I need another long break from Discworld.

I laughed out loud this whole book. Terry Pratchett was such a fantastic author. A classic Discworld favorite.
