you know i loooove when time collapses and within that collapse there are lesbians!! but a lot of parts of this felt a bit too caricature of what it means to be an adult and not actually how it feels to be an adult. like this was missing the grit and vulgarity of real life (even though real life is an ephemeral and personal thing). so many brilliant moments though and that final monologue wrecked me.

no more punctuation at the ends of lines in plays I think. I can’t fucking take these sad lesbians. guess I’ll just have to become a playwright and write more and more lesbians except they’ll just be me talking about how perfect my lover is

Inoffensive, intimate portrayal of a relationship that doesn’t overstay it’s welcome. Some moments of real poignancy.
