This is the second horror novel from Jennifer Thorne that I've read and I cannot wait for the next one.

I enjoyed Anna as a character. She was complex passive and non-confrontational. Her journey kept me involved in the book and I was curious about where she would end up. The author also did a good job the pace families dynamic. Benny as a twin was especially interesting. I understood how everyone related to each other and how they exploited harmed and help each other.slowly mounted, and the only downside of the book was that the pace was a little uneven.
