I did really enjoy this. It was basically a mix of a traditional haunted house narrative and the unhinged woman narrative.
For me the horror was more the awful family rather than the literal ghosts.
Having discussed it at book club already I've basically exhausted all my thoughts so hopefully I'll just remember them.

I DEVOURED this book. Just 1 week to read it! Not so scary I couldn’t sleep, but scary and tense enough that it was hard to put down.
