As a woman who knows her body very well and has read the book I don't feel that it necessarily told me with things i didn't know. However, as the title suggests "a man's guide" it's exactly what it aims to be: a (much needed!) beginner's guide for men on how to please a woman with all the 'tools' he has. I really liked the routines and the pictures.

Great book for anyone to read. My wife recommended this to me, after she read it at the recommendation of a sex therapist’s talk. It has pushed our already healthy love life into a new realm. Easy to understand and easy to apply what you learn.
Listened to the audio. Did NOT care for the author (readers) voice. Solid content with very relevant information. Anyone looking to please a woman in bed should definitely use this book as it’s on point IMO!

The general content of the book is good for thought on how to move through life as an empowered woman, but I found a lot of ideas and chapters marred by heavily gendered ideas and language. Perhaps the book just needed more depth to explore the ideas the author put forward, but every time I encountered a “boys do this and girls do this” moment I found it really jarring. It disconnected me from the content and meant I struggled to enjoy the book as many others appear to have done.
