OMG what a ride. There was A LOT that happened in this book so it took me a while to finish but damn none of them ever get a break. I really loved the time and attention Bree’s bonds with everyone got explored (especially her bond with Sel and I really like how their triangle is developing). Also love my boy Valec🤩
ALSO OMG THE SHADOW KING REVEAL AT THE END??? Never would’ve guessed it but I loved the entire ending from when Sel and Nick pulled Bree out. ALSO ALICE BETTER WAKE UP LIKE ON THE FIRST PAGE

Oh. My. God. I need the next book immediately!! A slow start but my God, I loved this. I would have gotten through this quicker but I was putting off finishing it because of the dread waiting for the next book since there is no release date yet... and my worry was completely valid with this cliffhanger ending 😭 Absolutely a Sel sympathiser and I hope we get to see more of them ❤️
