The romance in this book didn't do it for me and I really wasn't interested in either of the characters. But this was the first mystery/romance-type book and that was honestly so addicting.

OMG!!!!!!!!! EMOTIONAL ROLLER COASTER!!!!!

First off my mind is blown talk about and emotional roller coaster and let me tell you all of my theories were wrong there was plot twist after plot twist in this book and Griffin. Eden is now on my list of book, boyfriend better yet book husband.

I liked this book but the blurb description is not accurate to the book whatsoever.
I like Griffin and Winslow and despite how instant their physical attraction, I liked watching it slowly move beyond that. And I liked that they didn’t overthink it and just went along with how they were feeling. No unnecessary drama.
But the police work was definitely more back burner of the story.
Having it be Rain did get me. I definitely thought something was up with Frank but didn’t see that twist.

I do have weird thoughts about the epilogue but that doesn’t really impact the story so whatever.
