I lived in 5 states, in 5 homes before I was 12. This is such a comforting book for children dealing with a very stressful life event... knowing that things will change, but the most important things will stay the same, is a great message to send to young readers. This would make a great going away present for any child who is moving away! Or a welcome gift for a new neighbor/friend!
