Baby duck doesn't like the rain until she gets a gift from Grandpa. Good story about accepting differences. Dated illustrations, although I really like Grandpa's outfit.

Baby Duck hates the rain, but Grandpa understands...he gives her a pair of rain boots and an umbrella that used to belong to her mom when she was a baby duck. That turns everything around.

Pretty cute for a storytime on rain, but it might be a bit wordy for restless toddlers.
