Compared to reading the text alone, it was more interesting to consider this play in terms of Shakespeare's overall canon. In my opinion, this work wasn't as strong as some of the other Shakespeare that I've read; Rosalind is a standout character though. As a minor note, I'd still really like to know where the title "As You Like It" comes from.

oh shakespeare's comedies are fun and silly. i audiobooked this and helena bonham carter was pretty good as rosalind. a very silly thing to do @rosalind, but a very fun one too. silly and fun!
