(8/10)- I really enjoyed this collection. It had some incredible cases and solutions, as well as some new tricks up Sherlock’s sleeve. However, the only thing that bothered me is that certain stories were very similar to one’s in previous collections (for example The Adventure of the Six Napoleons is very similar to The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle from The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes). Otherwise, I really liked this!

Stephen Fry's narration made this one worthwhile; this is the third collection of Holmes short stories and it has to be said that I've 'got' the formula now and guessed the solution to almost every single entry within the first few paragraphs.

An excellent selection of Holmes stories. Possibly my favourite set so far.
