Decent takeaways, but soooo muchhh fatphobia. And feels covertly right-wing?

Typical entry from the category "books I read too late". There are many important point within this book but I simply read about them in more detail in other books.
So this is between 3 and 4 stars for me. I decided on 3 as it gets too anecdotal at many points for my taste. Furthermore the rider/elephant analogy left a daft feeling in my mouth

Kind of think everyone should read this. If for nothing else than to be convinced that change is possible and achievable— for us, for our families, in the workplace, and on a much larger scale. Lots of good tips. Easy to follow and comprehend framework. There are things I’ve already started applying. This is a great source of hope for realists.
Easy to read and practical book. I thought it would have more personal advice but it's main focus is changing others' behaviours, which is also useful knowledge anyways.

This is actually a very useful book for anyone dealing with or leading change, especially in business or organizations.
Its too long, decent concepts but not enough so that I could care anymore. I only got through this much listening to the audiobook on 2x+ speed. I swear these books would be great 15 pages papers, dont need hundreds of fluff.
