This MM standalone follows Andy & Law. Andy has had a crush on his best friend Falcon for a long time, but being the stereotypical socially awkward nerd he is, he doesn't feel good enough for Falcon. Law once had a promising NHL career that was cut short due to a medical condition and is now trying to form a career path towards coaching, all the rookies on his college team are failing Physics and he is need of Andys help, so they agree to a mutually beneficial arrangement wherein Andy provides tutoring & Law provides makeover and confidence lessons... I think we can all tell where this is going.

I enjoyed this book. It has some great humour to it as I love witty, fast, snappy banter. I liked how the relationship between them developed and how everything Andy wanted to change about himself for Falcon was actually something Law liked, appreciated & accepted about Andy without question. Where this book lacked for me was I felt that Andy realising his true feelings for Law took too long to happen so the ending felt rushed, I always prefer a dual POV and this book has that and the epilogue was lovely and a great ending for this couple. I listened to this from the Audible Plus catalogue, and it's definitely worth a listen imo, it is narrated by Kirt Graves & Joel Lesley. 🌶🌶

i had such high hopes for this book because i saw it getting recomended so so many times.. but it was kind of boring, it was clear that they would fall in love and nothing was surprising..
