It actually pains me to give this book only 3 stars. It has been one of my favourites for so long (20 years?)! It’s been probably 7 or 8 years since I read it, and apparently I’ve changed my views on the world a lot since then. Reading it now, Jack was a dick and Amy needed therapy. Both of them were really immature. Pretty disappointing to be honest, but I guess we all grow up sometimes.

This is a book I can always go back to and read all over again. I love it! There's something about the characters that make it feel like home..

I liked that each chapter revolved between the guy's and the girl's point of view.

A nice easy read. I like to read things like this to wind down from some of the heavier titles I read. A lovely boy meets girl story. I like the style of writing from the female & male perspective that this couple create.

Entertaining if you don't want to think much and are not too bothered by stereotypes
