This book is going to become a guilty pleasure for me, I can feel it. I love twisted fairytales, I love women retaking their power, so this book is perfect for me. I genuinely like the main character, the romance was crazy good, and each side character got their own development. I felt so strongly on behalf of Everly, and I loved that she essentially a morally grey female character which hardly ever happens let alone being well-written. This book was cathartic for me; I loved the happy ending. I loved to hate the antagonist, but I was so pleased when I didn't end up hating Hartly. Overall, not a particularly subtle book, but an amazing one nonetheless.
