I like how this is a mix of essays and poems so we get perspectives from people with many different backgrounds. I didn’t feel like the book provided many solutions, which I think I was looking for, but it did provide different ways of looking at things. I do think the book piqued my interest in greenification, given the proven benefits of being in nature.

It was really eye opening. As someone that grew up in a rural area and then moved to the mountains, this book really showed how privileged I am to have access to green space on a daily.

Very informative and engaging, with a great mix of info, interviews and prose. Listened to on borrowbox this but ended up borrowing the physical copy from my local library too for ease of re-reading the poetry sections and noting down names of interesting campaigns/campaigners I wanted to look into in more detail.  Got lost in some sections that didn’t feel like they were quite hitting the mark for me but didn’t detract that much from the overall.
