a nice little addition to the main story, and i really liked the artstyle, it was gorgeous, with red being the only prominent colour. the page of claudia cutting lestat's throat and the one at the very end with her and madeleine were definitely my favorites. beautiful.

The story was a little skippy (luckily I read the book already), but I didn't mind too much, and the art was beautiful!

I don't think this book stands alone well. Not knowing the context of the fuller story would likely leave most readers a little lost. The art style is beautiful and the use of color is poignant, but it's unclear why this segment alone was vizualized as such.

Not only is the art style absolutely stunning, this truly captures Claudia and her journey throughout Interview with the Vampire.

This can be read alone, as a companion piece or after the original book.

The visuals of small, angelic Claudia, who can come across as very adult in the original story, killing and scheming throughout this graphic novel truly makes the juxtaposition of her character shine.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, I found it more enjoyable than its source material (although, I do enjoy that as well), as it does skim over the unimportant parts of Louis story telling, using the art to create those details without going into as much detail.
