I don’t think I’ve ever read something in this genre but I’m so pleasantly surprised! I liked the writing style and definitely need some more novellas to go along with the storyline!!

Gosh I wish this book was longer. I loved the characters, I loved the imagery and the language. Beautiful queer western dystopian revolution love story.

While it was an interesting idea and well written, it just had a bit too much information for the short format. I liked the idea of the protagonist running away and then learning how she's feeling is not wrong. I also liked that she wasn't just dead weight, but actually tried to help out. That felt very in keeping with the world.
However, there was a lot of information just thrown at us that wasn't developed well. Most especially on the world building side. Also, I don't understand howshe jumped into a new relationship so quickly after her last girlfriend was killed.
Overall an interesting story that could have benefitted from being longer.
