Sure, there's plotholes. Sure, the writing's not earthshattering. But, as a kids' book, it's pretty much unbeatable.
(i finished this a few weeks ago) i loved this book so much!! it is one of my fav hps and i think it is a good book to start a series <3

probably my most favourite fantaasy book ever. i read it at 11 i think and i was super impressed by the story line, j.k. rowling's imaginations, and every character's development!
After 8 Years i finally re-read Sorcerers Stone and it made me feel nostalgic and the feels :-) it was such a light book and such a heartwarming story about friendship and just becoming Harry Potter today (lol) and now i am currently at Year 4 with Goblet of Fire since i am done with Year 2 and 3 :-)
