This very informative book makes you question and rethink your own relationship with the inevitable. Doughty opens up a world of possibilities and perspectives about death, and as a result free us from social stigmas to allow us to ask ourselves the question, “what do I want to happen when I die?” Doughty introduces readers to  a comfortable and open dialogue around death, how our society impacts our relationship with death, and highlights the importance of being prepared for our mortality. I appreciated reading this, and it opened my mind up, and gave me a sense of peace and control regarding  death.
