i liked that caterina called this one "quick & dirty" i think she's right.....i love how conflicted elena ferrante makes me feel about the narrator, i HATE her and then i love her and identify with her sometimes. which i think is a deft & useful place for us as readers to inhabit. also the doll being pregnant (with a WORM) was a CRAZY twist, loved it, twisted af

This book has stuck with me forever- I adored it and all the awful things the narrator says. Beautiful.

Estilo literário muito gostoso de ler, contudo a história em si foi um pouco arrastada por vezes.
De modo geral, é um livro muito bom. A autora conseguiu criar um enredo envolvente a partir de uma premissa, a primeira vista, desinteressante.
O final não me agradou muito mas gostei da leitura. Com certeza lerei mais obras de Elena Ferrante.
