I really feel like this could very well be the end to the series. We finally had the stand off between Good vs. Evil. Everything is out in the air and a big weight has been lifted as we discovered all the secrets of Clary's past. I am satisfied with this ending and I feel like this could very well end the series. But a few things leave me thinking.... When the Seelie Queen approaches Clary and says "Do you really think you know all the secrets of your past?" Is she implying more dark secrets that we don't know about? And you have to remember back to their first encounter when she told Jace he would fall in love with the wrong person. So what does this mean for Jace and Clary? Also, nobody ever found Jonathan's body. Does this mean he is still out there? And if he is this could only bring more terror as he is a hundred times more sinister that what Valentine ever was.
Overall I enjoyed the story and the way the author brilliantly illustrates each scene so it plays like a movie in your head. I have fallen in love with each character in the story and the world they live in. I will be taking a short break from this series before starting book 4.

This trilogy should have ended after this book. (Trilogy means three books?!? What a concept!) I just thought this entire book was boring and dragged on forever and it stopped me from wanting to read any of the other books.
"I am a man," he told her. "And men do not consume pink beverages. Get thee gone, woman, and bring me something brown."
